What is the Consortium?

The Consortium for Top Down Proteomics was established in 2012 with the following mission:

To promote innovative research, collaboration and education accelerating the comprehensive analysis of intact proteins.

The consortium exists to bring together disparate researchers in top down proteomics and to educate the world on the study of proteins in the intact state

Who are we?

We are a group of principal investigators, corporate sponsors and researchers interested in the field of Top Down proteomcs.

  • Officer: As of now, we consist of only an organizing committee. If you are interested in becoming an officer or working more closely with the consortium, please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
  • Investigator: Investigators are scientists who lead research groups and are willing to devote >5% of their research group's effort toward the study of intact proteins by mass spectrometry.  If you are interested in becoming an investigator, please sign up here.
  • Member: Members are scientists and researchers interested in the study of intact proteins by mass spectrometry.
  • Sponsor: Sponsors are corporations who provide financial backing to the consortium.
